Define Your Pilates Program.
How to Get Started
You’ll find the perfect pilates instruction at Geometry Pilates.
The Introductory Package
4 private sessions This is the best and most cost effective way to begin your Pilates training. We’ll introduce you to the equipment and determine your personal goals. Consistent practice, twice a week, is the easiest way to establish your foundation and achieve a better mind/body connection.
Private Sessions
We recommend continuing private sessions until you are able to set up the equipment without assistance and are familiar with your workout. Privates allow the instructor to develop a customized system of exercises to address each client's needs, goals, and previous injuries. More advanced clients benefit from one-on-one instruction to improve precision, add new exercises to their workout program, work on a specific issue, or work on rehabilitation from injury.
Semi-Private Session
Once the workout is established, semi-private sessions are a great way to challenge your mind/body connection while moving faster.
Two or three clients work with one instructor for 55mins. These sessions are lively and motivating and when done 2-3 times each week, really deliver visible and lasting results. Many clients take a mix of semi-private and private sessions.
Beginner Mat Class
Mat Class is great, economical way to supplement your workouts. Mat class demands more from your mind and body because you have to support your own body weight with your abdominal muscles, without relying on equipment.
